We had a fantastic stay in this city. The best aspects were the cleanliness and hotel facilities, which were top-notch. Additionally, we loved the convenient location very close to the port, making it easy for us to explore the city and catch our ferry. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and we appreciated the wide variety of options available. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Chios is an elegant island and this hotel captures that elegance. It is however unpretentious and I felt immediately at home here. Other reviewers have commented on how helpful the owner is and this was well demonstrated when bad weather forced cancellation of ferries to Turkey resulting in the hotel becoming rather like a Turkish refugee camp for a little while while the owner worked hard and cheerfully at working out ways of accommodating everyone. It is not a typical holiday hotel with sea views and entertainments, rather a very convenient, friendly and relaxing base to come back to after exploring the town or the island each evening.
A few minor things that would be churlish to mention!

The hotel had free Wi-Fi and the rooms were decently clean. the location was convenient as it was located just a few minutes away from the ferry port and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local attractions to visit.
The noise level at the hotel was unbearable. the walls were paper thin and it seemed like you could hear everything that was happening in the surrounding rooms and outside.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was very good. Near to the shopping center, port and the square of city! The reception and the breakfast room were nice decorated.
We were very dissapointed about the room. Especially for the bathroom, which is so important in a room and it was Terrible!! Very old and very Dirty!! We stayed 2 nights and we had cleaning service every day but the bathroom and all the room continued to be very dirty!! Maybe they have to take care better for their cleaning staff. The room was smelling very bad and all our clothes in our suitcase smelled so bad days after...

We spent our Easter in a hotel that was very close to the port. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a working air conditioner, which was great for the warm weather. Plus, we were able to find plenty of restaurants and bars that were within walking distance of our hotel.
We were disappointed that the hotel did not include breakfast. while the location was convenient, it was also noisy due to the busy road nearby.
